In order to ensure that the transfer of aircraft between Romanian airspace and the vACC's surrounding Romania are transferred safely and effectively, a Letter of Agreement or LoA between the vACC's is used.
Letter of Agreement between Romania and Hungary
This LoA became effective on 4 January 2007 and is currently version 1.0.
Letter of Agreement between Romania and Bulgaria
This LoA between Bucharest and Sofia (LBSR) FIR's became effective on 14 July 2008 and is currently version 2.0.
Letter of Agreement between Romania and Serbia
This LoA between Bucharest and Beograd (LYBA) FIR's became effective on 15 April 2007 and is currently version 1.0.
